WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS & PAYPAL!
In addition to all major credit cards, we also accept echeck payments from PayPal account holders.
NOTE: Orders paid for via eCheck will be held until we receive notification from PayPal that funds have cleared. 
Usually takes 4-10 days to clear. 

 MAIL ORDERS

We only accept Postal Money Orders by mail. Sorry , No personal checks. Please select money order in the payment section of the shopping cart.  (if available on this website)

 RETURN POLICY:

Your business & satisfaction is extremely important to us! We double check your order for accuracy and we carefully wrap and pack everything to ensure safe transit. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please let us know within SEVEN days of your package receipt. We will be more then happy to correct the problem immediately. For hygiene purposes, we regret that we are unable to accept returns on brushes and cosmetics unless there was an error on our part. We encourage you to sample our products first in order to find the correct shades that are best for you. Please take advantage of our inexpensive samples before purchasing our full-sized products. 

 CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

Unpaid orders placed on our web site can be canceled anytime without further charges - If you cancel your paid order: Cancellations of Prepared/packed orders will be charged with a 15% restocking fee on the total cost of the products. All refunds are paid through the payment method used when placing the order, such as Paypal or Google & may take up to a week to show the funds credited back to your account. 

 ORDER FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY:

We do our best to get your package prepared and shipped out as quickly as possible, usually within 72 hours of payment notification. However, during sales events, we do have  a very high volume of orders. Therefore, please allow more processing time for your order. (up to 10 -14 days processing) Majority of our products are handcrafted in small batches, not mass produced in a factory. Your patience will be well rewarded!
If a item that you ordered is out of stock we will  refund your money for the item and ship your order.

SALES & DISCOUNTS:

We do offer sales on a regular basis, our prices are set at fair and very reasonable value. If you have purchased items, then they go on sale, please do not ask for a discount. The sale item pricing is only good once it is announced. 

 PRINTED CATALOGUE:

We do not offer any printed catalogues at this time. All the products we carry are online only. 

 Disclaimer:

MAD Minerals’ products contain natural ingredients, which may cause slight color and shade variations without affecting product quality. MAD Minerals' accepts the slight color variance inherent in most natural ingredients because M*A*D Minerals cannot tolerate using inferior or potentially harmful substitutes

Our pictures are photo's of the actual product cropped & resized into thumbnails. We have tried our best to represent the colors as accurately as possible. Some monitors may display these colors differently, therefore we cannot guarantee that these colors will show true on all monitors used to view them. Additionally, our accompanying descriptions (if provided) of the colors are only OUR perception of their color. We will not be held liable for misrepresentation of colors should your perception of their color differ from ours.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
