Minimum Order/Terms and Conditions

 Minimum order of $100.00.  Minimum quantity for bulk minerals is one ounce per color.  Please consider your order carefully as we DO NOT accept Returns or Exchanges.  All orders are placed online or via email. Online orders must be placed separately from the retail website. Wholesale orders do not qualify for retail sales events. We operate solely on the internet. We do not accept orders over the phone or via fax.

Order Lead Times
 

Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality. We may require two to four weeks advance notice in order to fill your wholesale order with freshly made, high quality products.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, & United States Postal Money Orders.
Orders do not begin processing until credit /debit payment has cleared. Money orders (received in the mail...cleared & cashed)
No personal checks are accepted

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not issue refunds or accept returns. Please make your selection carefully.
We strongly encourage you to purchase sample items before ordering larger quantities to ensure you are happy with our products. To purchase samples for less than our $100.00 minimum order, please shop in our retail section of our website. Due to hygienic issues we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any of our products. UPDATE: as of 01-01-2017 we no longer wholesale cosmetic brushes.

Shipping Information

All packages are shipped via USPS. 
Insurance is mandatory on all large packages leaving our facility.
We charge Actual Shipping Cost according to your location; No Handling Fees are charged.
Shipping, Total Cost, & Delivery times will be determined once your order is placed. 
 

If ordering on our website, please choose the Wholesale Shipping option during checkout. The wholesale shipping option is an estimated shipping charge.
Due to the number of different products of varying weights and combinations that are available, it is impossible to ensure accurate shipping calculations at the time of checkout. If the estimated shipping is too high, we will adjust it & issue you a refund. If it is too low, we will contact you via e-mail with a separate invoice.

Occasionally, International orders can experience long delays as they are required to pass through customs etc. 
We will not be liable for delivery delays, damages, or package loss under any circumstances.
 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Cancellations received thereafter will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Therefore, only 85% of your order total will be refunded. No exceptions.

Product Shelf Life
Mineral cosmetics are completely inorganic; therefore, they do not support microbial growth.
In consequence, the shelf life is virtually unlimited.

Product Ingredients
Our products do not contain any Bismuth Oxychloride, cornstarch, talc or any other fillers.
We only use the highest quality ingredients. 
NO NANO PARTICLES & our products are NEVER TESTED ON ANIMALS!

Using the M*A*D Minerals, LLC Trademark Brand Name on Any Products for Re Sale is Strictly Prohibited. No Exceptions. Customer warrants that he/she will comply with all labeling requirements of the Federal and State Laws pertaining to food, drugs, and cosmetics in their area of business.

Pricing For All Bulk Loose Mineral Powders
*Foundations/Finishing Powders/Concealer/Correctors/Bronzers & Multi-Use Colors
Example of size: 1 oz. (28g) bulk bag for $20 will fill up to 25 of our 5-gram sifter jars that we retail for $6.00 each.

$6.00 x 25 = $150.00 profit minus your packaging costs. Buying bulk is more profitable but is much more time consuming.
 

All Bulk Minerals are packaged in zip bags.

Pricing For All Pre-Packaged Jars & Refill Bags of Mineral Powders:

All pre-packaged minerals come in packs of 3, 6, 12 & 24.
(Sifter Jars: clear jars with clear caps)
(Refill Bags: Zip Baggy containing enough to fill the size of the sifter jar stated)
